21/0/9 says enough, you just will never learn from your mistakes. Rod Of Ages in 3v3 isn't that good in my opinion. Alacrity on Malzahar or offense in general, WTF? Runes are terrible too. Your marks are fine, but you seriously need to work on your Seals, Glyphs and Quintessences. Change your masteries to 9/0/21 and I'll see into this.

Nice looking guide, I've never played Malz in TT, I usually play SR but this looks like it would work well. One suggestion, the Mastery Greed is not very efficient. In 30 minutes, it will have given you 180 gold, that's about 6-9 minion kills. I would put that point into mana regen or something that could be a bit more beneficial. All in all a good guide, +1 from me.
