the lich bane is for hit and run, you shouldn't be in the thick of things in team fights... you place a couple of shrooms behind the fight for an escape route, and plug a couple a darts in on carries if you can... you will do over 800 dmg with the blind dart, then auto attack follow up, so it is pretty good burst. Plus hit your sprint, hit another auto attack and get the hell outta there, try it... you love it

Ok, that's a nice guide im totaly in accord to you for the runes but for stuff i think that the lichbane is not as great as it can because you don't spam yours skills so it don't give a real strengh. Haunting guise is realy great early but you should chang it for a void staff latter. Maybe instead of your'e lich bane you can take a Malady wich will give you some AP, you'll loose some but your auto attak with poison will much damaging your ennemi

This isn't for an assassin Teemo. I play him as a support, to build him as a killer relies too much on creating health items for survivablity. This build gives you some survivability, but focuses on you using mushrooms for map control. You probably aren't going to get many kills with the mushrooms, but you WILL get assists. And your team having one awesome support plus two or three fed killers will win the game for you. Teemo's support roles is very underrated.

Simply doesn't work IMO. I don't like the Utility masteries for Teemo at all. Mushrooms are much too unreliable to rely on them for all of your kills. A good Hybrid build for Teemo is much more effective at getting kills via 2.5 attack speed + Mushrooms as they run away low HP. Sorry I'm just not a fan. =(

Fair enough, I agree though. The original build was done late at night and whilst on the after effects of a cheap energy drink. I've since re-evaluated it... and i feel much better about it now.

Not gonna vote on your build because a -1 would be unfair but a +1 would be underserving.
Here are some problem I see with your build : lack on AP, you only have 325ish AP when you are claiming to be a mushroom Teemo please...
