Guys i main twitch and I have 3 Builds but the one of above is the one i use most of the time. You start with a doran blade/shield The Concept is for some durability in lane so u dont get absolutely destroyed. I farm enough for a Beserker greave. Then a black cleaver. Then I.E. And Phantom Dancer. Those 4 are his core items. Now if the enemy team has bought a thornmail ( or several) proceed to buy 2 bloodthirsters You will extreme damage but with a lower crit chance. If they dont sell boots and stack p dancers till u have 3. This build works for me and is very simplistic and is fun for me. Guys since this is my first guide id love some Feedback Please respond :D

This build can wipe entire teams just like pre nerf twitch. You dont have to have durability on twitch hes a champ durability is excused on. With the runes and start items posted below your early game damage (level 1-6) is obnoxious almost rumble equivelent. This build works well in ranked as well as Normal but, These 2 builds make you useless against TF. To counteract tf buy a banshee's veil. I cannot tell u the amount of times ive been standing behind an enemy team (sue me) tf pops his ult and Garen goes hey twitch DERP SPIN TO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! This build is guaranteed to work you can gank tanks alone with this build its that good.

Twitch is one of the best gankers in the game and annoying enemy laner at that. Chances are when laning as twitch enemys will buy wards. that is when you do the following.
1 Check the bushes if enemy minions death charge you there is a ward in there.
2 No ambush When the Ward is out it will make the concept of ambush useless Conserver your mana
3 Harass and last hit like a mug.
4 There is no 4 im just typing stuff for the 5k letter Minimum

Twitch is an opporitunity Champion. He has specific times when and when not to strike. If a team fight starts you need to back away ult and wipe the team cause during those 2 seconds its do or die.While the commotion is going down if any of your enemy's have oracles focus them down.
