Alright, for the all caps I have a comment just beneath it that explains it. Even now I had to erase the weird font stuff, was trying to underline it this time. As for you rating my guide, that's not the problem. You are just picking a fight and trying to insult me to make yourself feel better. I'm open to mature criticism, not immature whining. As long as you make comments like,"Yeah, guess who else can play that game, huh? I'm not here to be nice to you, I'm here to rate your guide. But honestly, if you can't deal with that, too bad," I will continue to remark that it is immature and not constructive. Finally, if you are here to rate the guide do so. Don't make comments that you aren't here to be nice, I'm aware of that. I want good criticism. Cussing isn't mature, it just shows a lack of knowledge on how to use typical every day words to express yourself as well as a severe lack of control over your own emotions, especially in something as trivial as this conversation.
I rated the guide, you're wrong, it's bad, ****ing get over it already. You're completely missing points based on the fact that I curse and use swear words. What exactly is 'good' about your guide?
I have already given multiple points on why your guide is bad, but you continue to focus on the swearing. I have aptly answered all your questions and yet you still persist on focusing on the swearing. It doesn't sound like me who's mad. Go on, look at your last comment. Did you even address ANY of the points I raised? Nope, too butthurt. Go back to the lab and learn how to properly spec a support, please.
Lack of ability to use every day words? Mate, you can't even paragraph properly, gtfo. Since when have my words ever been lacking? In fact, I could argue that cursing adds to my vocabulary. Not only can I talk intelligently, but I can do it colourfully.
I mean the support build was bad but build 4? Archangels staff on Nautilus??
Special mention goes to build 3 with the double spellblade passive and build 2 with Zhonyas and ruby sightstone though.
Stop putting random AP and tank items together.
I do appreciate the better effort at explaining your criticisms. However, don't write comments meant to insult and expect to be left alone. As for some of the reasons for my choices on this build, I'm looking at the preseason changes, their going to be big for support. Finally, please if you are going to respond you don't have to insult. I want this guide to be good, and if I get feedback I'll respond the best I can, but if you act like the guide is a personal offense than you are way too invested in something that is just a game. I'm alright with you disagreeing, simply express that. There's no need to cuss and throw a tantrum like a child. I'm not attacking you, I'm trying to build a guide and improve upon it. I'll keep some of your advice in mind as we go into the preseason, but I don't plan on doing any big changes until the preseason updates begin since they will drastically change the way supports work. As for his grab, while your right it does extend him a little, I have never had an issue with that. I say this in the guide, but he has a shield. Use it. Max it first. His CC is far superior to most other supports in bot, and the one who can be argued has comparable amounts is Leona, who if you look at has a grab-like mechanic similar to Amumu's, it pulls her all the way out to them. And while she has an armor ability and CC to help her survive that... well Nautilus has CC and a shield so you can't really argue that without me bringing those facts up anyways.
Seriously, calm the **** down. You typed in all-caps, what was I suppose to think? I didn't attack you. I just called your guide bad. I did express that. I'm pretty sure I made it as certain as I could. And cussing isn't a childish thing to do, btw. That you say so implies that those who cuss are childish when this isn't necessarily the case. That is extremely condescending and very rude and can easily be considered an attack.
Yeah, guess who else can play that game, huh? I'm not here to be nice to you, I'm here to rate your guide. But honestly, if you can't deal with that, too bad.
If you are looking to the next season, that's fine, but in that case, my reason for downvoting changes for writing a guide about the new season before even being able to test the effects of the new season. You know nothing about how the changes will affect
In addition,
As I said,
CC is not all there is to a support, y'know.
In any case, your item choices are still poor (as in 95% of them are **** choices), so unless you completely overhaul the items, this guide will always be downvoted. So trust me when I say that your guide will not get very far (and if it does, it doesn't deserve to be).
-movespeed or gold quints
-flat armor seals
-scaling MR glyphs
-magic pen marks i guess....idk
-Boots: mobility is fine but also merc treads alternative
-Items: Philo stone, sightstone, locket is core then build **** like ruby sightstone, twin shadows, shurelyia's, lvl2 boots, randuin's omen, frozen heart, spirit visage?
-021/9 masteries are probably a better choice but up to you
-guide itself needs visual work can't help you with that i suck lolz
Me: this just might be the worst support nautilus guide I've ever heard of!
Guide: ...ah, but you have heard of me!
anyone? anyone? k....i'll just be going now
Answer number 1: No, I don't have to make suggestions for runes. But, %hp Quints and scaling AP blues? I know his AP ratios are nice, but since you're not going for damage (or at least, you shouldn't be), the AP is negligible on him since you're not abusing it early game and it doesn't see a spike until much later.
I don't care wtf you start. Your guide says to start rejuv + faerie + 1 ward + 1 pot as an option. THIS IS NEVER AN OPTION.
You should never start
Look, I will give you a half-effort reply if you give a half effort guide. You're lucky that I wrote as much as I did. This guide is complete and utter trash and on top of that, I gave multiple reasons why your guide is bad. So don't you ****ing turn around and accuse me of giving you a half-effort reply. Be glad I commented at all.
Now you better thank me for what I'm about to write.
The support's job atm is just to provide warding and utility.
In any case, your items are complete and utter ********.
Could you please make suggestions for runes then if you are going to complain about them. I want constructive feed back please. Second, unsure what your problem with Rylai's is. As I mentioned with starting items they're flexible. There are many times that I start with more wards and give up rejuvenation band. I thought I covered this in the guide, but I'll double check. I don't consider Ignite because I don't consider that even close to a support move. You use that to engage they'll just fall off, and if you use that as they are close to death you risk kill stealing, which as a support you want as few kills as possible. As for Clairvoyance I mention clearly as something you shouldn't grab, though it should be considered if you do start with amplifying tome which itself I say is a situational starting item. Finally, please don't give me a half effort reply. If you have more issues with the guide than address them, don't just state the whole guide as bad. As for whether support Nautilus is viable, well I suppose he's as viable as Blitzcrank. Since neither is technically a support and they both do almost the same thing from a grab, cc, and baiting with shields I don't see too much of a difference, except for the amount of displacement.
