Why Mana?

You will never need to go back. You will have to buy health pots every trip but its worth it. Summoner spell heal will make up for this too. Skills use mana, so having mana means that you can spam your skills. This build allows you to spam skills in teamfights being the best bruiser IN-GAME with this build.

Summoner Spells and Masteries

Flash and Heal because you you will be the one in the middle spamming skills in teamfights. You will need these boosts to make sure you keep spamming your skills.

21/0/9 because you need that extra damage and that utility

Runes

Pen Marks. Must.
Armor seals for survivability.
MR glyphs for survivability.
And Atk Dmg Quints for early game.
Simple.

Farming

Pros / Cons

Pros:
- Never OOM
- Good damage and good survivability
- Everything looks blue and cool

Cons:
- Bad early game
- Hard to master

Items

Look at the item build at the top and see it. Try to get an understanding of this build. Always buy Health Pots every trip and Wards. Level 2 boots are up to the enemy team's composition.
