Item choices don't make much sense. Why stack armor penetration when you rushed Madred's Bloodrazor? The other item stats are all over the place as well, you need to pick a specialty.

The guide itself needs a lot of proofreading/grammar correction too.

I can see what you were trying to achieve, you just need to put more thought and effort into it before posting it for other people. With some work this could become a useful build.
