My own opinion

I think that nocturne the COOLEST champion in the league is and i LOVE to play him he scares the sh*t out of teemo with his ult :D and he has cool skins and skills and you need skills for him
or else you suck exept with garen or tryndamere those are OP NO-SKILL champions
