It would be great if you add a section regarding items and why you picked them, why they are good on Nocturne, etc.

Suggestions, in s6 with the new mastery system, Start Q, and corrupting pot, and dominate lane. Can easily destroy riven in lane at levels 1-3 out of lane if you spam proc your passive and aa onto her she doesnt deal as much damage so its not a hard match up at all.
