This Build is designed to get a lot of crit chance early on. while giving some Life steal through your masteries and through the bloodthirster. you also get nice armor pen. from last whisper. the attack speed,movement speed, and crit chance from the 2 Phantom Dancers helps. lastly you have a **** ton of movement speed from your 2 phantoms and your E's passive and boots allowing you to chase down most opponents.

This build requires that you are really skilled at farming minions. you also sacrifice straight up damage for crit chance so you could possibly do more damage or you may not.
