Spells:

Clarity

Runes

These runes are great early game for nice damage as well in late game.If you think you are to squishy then you can use other runes like armour or magic resist.

Masteries

These masteries are great because you are really squishy early game as Soraka, but with defensive masteries you may stay alive for longer than usual.

Items

This is a build for NUKE SORAKA so these items give heavy AP with Death Fire Grasp you can take out half of someone's Health points and then use Starcall,and Infuse for the K0.If you feel you are too squishy feel free to change my build a bit like getting a Warmog's armour.

Skill Sequence

I use these Skills because I am nuke , but if you are laneing with a noob that keeps whineing about that you don't have heal just get it.

Ranked Play

It is funny in ranked when you rush Soraka and tell everyone you are nuke.Everyone goes crazy.Then you tell them you are nuke and just went 100/0 and you do a billion damage and the leave you alone.
