There was no deathcap, i meant to add that zhonyas was there just until deathcap was put int he builder.
And depending on the team (enemy team) both are good to use. It's still extra AP, the passive from deathcap is great, and the stasis from the hourglass plus the armor is great for vlad. it gives you that 2 seconds you might need for your pool CD to be gone and allow you to escape, thats why I use both.

Gannonz is correct, you've really got to get rid of the Zhonya's Ring in your build, people will see that you added it along with the hourglass and insta-downvote.

Zhonya's Ring and Hourglass. Those items have never existed together. If you meant deathcap and hourglass it makes more sense. Guide really doesn't give any good info thats not already out there or common sense amoung vlad players.
