here's my opinions :)
Why do you get void staff so early? it does almost nothing because the other team hasn't bought magic resistance yet. Also, your magic penetration runes are calculates first. so if they have 40 resist, you have 10 penetration from runes. that means it's worth 12 magic penetration.
Get rylais after rabadons.

Perhaps I was a bit unclear in that section. I don't mean "get void staff early". I mean check to see if the enemy is stacking MR and get something that will soften them up. I suggest both abyssal and void, noting my preference for abyssal. I'll try to clear it up some. Thanks for the post.
