Well, u asked for feedback so here it is :)

Summoner Spells:
Flash+ Ghost was be profitable in the past when Pantheon was played as an Ad cannon, but at the moment its better to use other combinations like Exhaust+ Flash or Ignite+ Flash. Although that is a bit of a preference.

Masteries:
Your masteries are ok, you could make some changes for more tankyness but they seem quite fine.

Runes:
I would suggest changing your Seals. Pick flat armor instead of Armor/lvl, its really a better choice.

Items:
Hmmm...where to begin here... :P Your build is wrong in many many ways to be honest.

Meki Pendant is not worth buying unless you intend to build it into something later on. I suggest experimenting with a different starting item.
Boots of Swiftness is a mediocore choice, as Mercury Treads work better for Pantheon's kit.
Don't buy Phantom Dancer DONT!!!
Balance your damage and durability early game. You will get melted in seconds if you rush all these pricey damage items so early.
If you buy Warmog's you should always buy Atma's Impaler as well, they work very nicely together.
Add some Armor penetration to your build. Your damage is skill based and its a must have in 99,99% of cases.

thanks, it might take a while to finish completely as i'm still trying combinations, and saving up for more runes to try

It's a nice explanation of how you should play Pantheon, but you still need some coding and images done/fixed. Still,think it deserves an upvote at this state, but the guide will be a lot better if you do. Also, you could use some item explanations, alternate item/build/rune options (but don't focus on them too much). The guide has a lot of roomm for improvement.

You need coding, walls of text are not attractive to the reader, Glass cannon or AD Pantheon is not as viable a build for Pantheon as he is now, as it was for Pantheon as he was before. I'm not saying it isn't viable, it simply is more situational, at least in my opinion. I'm not going to vote for most part because of the walls of text and lack of coding.
