You might be able to kill him before he gets items but after he purchases Plated Steel Caps + Bramble/Wardens Mail you heal him. Try to bait his q then go in once the slow is over. Must get Lord Doms later into the game. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Blade

If she goomba stomps on your head she will chunk you for about half your hp. It becomes a little easier after Berserkers + Zeal but it basically takes her messing up and using w at a bad time to kill her. You do out scale pretty hard tho.

If she has her passive stacks or is close to having them all don't fight her, use your e to dodge her e and pray she is bad at the champion. You also don't out scale her but you do out teamfight her as long as she isn't ahead. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade

If shes bad then just auto attack her and q her until shes low, then go in and kill her. If has any ounce of talent then you will literally never win against her. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade and rush a Chain Vest

Never fight her unless your jungler is there and she still might win those. Late game you might be able to win with Wit's End. Only fight her if her w is down. Don't stand in the center of her q and if your melee range e or q past her once her q starts so it misses. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Kassadin
It sounds like it would be easy, which it is until he buys his frozen heart and becomes immortal. Try to kill him early on and you should be fine. Wit's End kinda destroys him late game too. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Tryndamere
He will just kind of always out trade you unless your Bone Plating is up. Your better in team fights later and you can also match him if hes not ahead in side lanes. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Sylas
He can be very annoying to kill and if he ever gets ahead you can't do anything against his 3 seconds w cd. Dodge his e and you can typically out trade him. If he uses w early in the trade stick on him and ignite right before he uses it again. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Vladimir
If he has Phase Rush its very easy, if hes a gigalords chad Electro Vladimir then he will pretty much murder you. Try to bait out his w and after Berserkers + Zeal there is some potential to kill. Never underestimate the Flash combo. You out scale 1v1 but he will be better in team fights. Also don't rush grevious wounds but get Mortal Reminder later on. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Lee Sin
I haven't played it since the Lee Sin nerfs so I'm putting it down 1 tier but he can basically just 1 shot you whenever he wants. Try not to get hit by q or walk close enough to get ulted. You do out scale pretty hard so try and farm. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Renekton
Laning vs him is really annoying but survivable and you out scale a ton so just wait the lane out. Always use defensive q3 vs him. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade or D Shield
Ryze
He kinda out trades you early on but after Berserkers + Zeal it becomes easy, but then hard again if he buys Frozen Heart. You don't out scale so just beg your jungler to put him behind. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield or D Blade
Lucian
He is really annoying and will probably kill you early on but you out scale him and start killing him once you get Beserkers + Zeal. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Malzahar
You are significantly stronger than him pre 6 but its also kinda hard to kill if hes good at malz. After 6 your still stronger than him but he can set up for a gank, your e can cancel his ult if you time it right. Use your w to get rid of his passive before going in. Your also fine to just farm it out and out scale him. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Nocturne
I haven't played the matchup a bunch but it doesn't feel that hard, try and bait out his e with your q3 to get out of the range and try not to break his spell shield and give him all that attack speed. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade.
Talon
If you have Bone Plating up its pretty much a free trade, if not try to bait out his w then go in on him. If he uses ult take e back asap. If he is ever mia just spam ping your bot lane until it says u can't anymore. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Rumble
If he hits e he will do turbo nuclear damage. Try to wait the early bit, once you get Beserkers + Zeal you can kill him but still remember that his e will make you get melted. You outscale pretty hard if you go Wit's End. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Neeko
Shes really annoying in the early bits of the game because of her poke but just try and survive and heal it up with D Shield and Second Wind.
Try to dodge her e with your e. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield.
Ziggs
Kinda hard to get on top of him because of his W but if you do its typically a free kill unless he has barrier. Try to aim your q3 where the w will take him after his recast. Also if his w is down its pretty easy to kill him. After Berserkers + Zeal it becomes easier. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Katarina
In a normal lane you will typically win, if after your first e q3 she uses her e to go behind you then q backwords after that point. You win the auto battle with conq but her daggers are still scary. If she goes bot and gets a random double kill then your doomed so spam ping if shes mia. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Viego
His q spam will just kinda heal you because Second Wind and D shield.
Try not to get stunned and don't fight him in his mist. As long as he doesn't get a good possession you win team fights. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Sett
He will typically out trade you in auto battles early on but if you bait out his e you can spam him with qs until hes low enough to kill. Late game you murder him. Don't walk up to minions or up to him if his e is up early game.
Viktor
His q and e poke is SUPER annoying before you get your Berserkers + Zeal but after that you can kill him on repeat. Try not to die and heal up with D Shield + Second Wind. You cannot dodge his e if hes good. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Xerath
Same as the Viktor matchup, he will poke you out a ton but once you get Berserkers + Zeal the match up becomes very easy. Try to heal with Second Wind and D Shield. Walk up to him and use your e to dodge his then kill him. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Akali
You out scale her but not by much, never e into her or she will get a free e off. lvl 1 wait for her to use q then walk up and trade with her because of her high energy costs. Wit's End helps a lot late game. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Yasuo
He will beat you early a little bit, and the matchup is super volatile. If you and your jungler kill him its basically over and you also out scale him by a lot because your champion is simply better. Try to be close up to him when you use q3 because the first half of the ability cannot be windwalled, also use w or a q to break his shield if its up before going in. If he presses q on a minion you can walk up for a free q because his will be on cd but then walk away. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade.
Jayce
He wins all ins early on so go for short trades. Once you get Berserkers + Zeal its pretty free. Try to hold q until after he pushes you away so you can get back on top of him. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield or D Blade
Karma
If you don't get her behind she will turn some enemy champion into Exodia. Try to go in on her a lot and take your e back before the root goes off. Once you get Berserkers + Zeal killing her becomes a lot easier. Her poke is annoying but your runes will help a ton. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Veigar
If you fail to kill him in your e he will place it on your soul and when you go back to it you'll guaranteed be stunned. Most Veigar players don't know this tho so it is typically a fine matchup. Wit's End late game helps so you don't get 1 shot. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Blade or D Shield.
Aurelion Sol
Slightly annoying if he goes bot and gets a random double but other than that its very easy, once you get Beserks + Zeal you can spam kill him. Go the Second Wind, Revitalize + D shield if your not confident but D blade also works.
Annie
After you get shieldbow shes turbo useless, before then you can still kill her but she has potential to 1 shot you so make sure to pay attention to her stun bar and try and throw w out before any of her abilities land so her combo won't kill you. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D shield or D blade
Heimerdinger
Farm it out until Beserkers + Zeal then you can kill him easily. Just go in with e and smack him up, if he presses ult take e back then repeat once its off cooldown. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Kayle
Constantly pressure her off cs, you should be able to kill her in lane a few times. If it gets to late game wits end is a must buy but you can still kill her if you land your combo. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Anivia
Very annoying early so just farm and wait until you get your Berserkers + Zeal. Then you can spam kill her. If you get behind late game is the most annoying thing ever but it shouldn't happen. I also recommend Wit's End. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield

Who plays Ahri??? Anyways just farm until you get Berserkers + Zeal, if you can't beat her after that then farm for a bit longer until you have Vamp Scepter. Use your e forward but to the side a bit once she uses her charm. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Corki
Hes very easy to kill in lane and especially after Beserkers + Zeal. Try to e and w him, wait a second to see if he dashes then q him. If he doesnt dash throw the q to make him use it still. If he gets items he hurts so make sure you can get on top of him and 1 shot him. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Blade
Lissandra
Should never lose 1v1 to her but you can't really kill her before Beserkers + Zeal. Get wards because she has great gank setup. You can also cleanse her ult with e if times right but its hard. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D shield

You out trade him if the second part of his q doesn't hit. You also out scale but if he gets fed off you or your bot lane its miserable. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Pantheon
You always out trade him if you have Bone Plating up. If he uses w press w before it lands and the shield will help a lot in trades. You turbo out scale him so you can also just farm it out if he gets ahead. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Cassiopeia
She can make it so you can't take your e back so just keep walking forward then cast it if needed. You can kill her pretty often if she doesn't have barrier and if she does just farm until Berserkers + Zeal. Try not to get hit by q or she can chunk you really hard. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D shield or D Blade
LeBlanc
If she presses q on you it means shes going to w so use your w before hers hits you for the shield. Try not to get chained. You out scale her so just farming is a viable option. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield or D Blade
Diana
Use w when she goes in and try to stick on her, should lead to a kill. Don't use e to go in and poke unless it will kill her because she will combo you right before you go back and chunk you. You out scale her a ton if you go Wit's End. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Seraphine
She can poke you out a little bit but there is a lot of opportunity to kill her, especially after Berserkers + Zeal. Late game her strength is determined by how strong her team is. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield.
Fizz
Just stick on him and spam q and autoes. Once he uses e then you use e to follow and kill him. If he gets ahead its really annoying to deal with but shieldbow helps a lot with it. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Zoe
Try not to get hit by her electrocute too often and use your e to cleanse her sleep. After Beserkers + Zeal you can spam kill her. Try to pray her summoner spell lottery doesn't win her the lane. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield or D Blade
Orianna
She can poke you out but you can also 1 shot her very easily, after Beserkers + Zeal she dies instantly to you so try and sustain with D Shield and Second Wind until you get those 2 items. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Lux
If she doesn't have barrier you can kill right after she uses her q. If she does then wait until Beserkers + Zeal and spam kill her. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
Galio
Dodge his e with your e and poke him out with q any time he wants to farm. If he goes in you win pretty much always. Longer the game goes on the easier it is for you. Go Bone Plating, Overgrowth + D Blade
Vel'Koz
Very easy matchup, use your e to dodge his knockup, you can also just dodge it with the e ms so no need to worry too much about holding e vs him. If he has barrier its hard to kill pre Berserkers + Zeal but after that its free. In fights ult him the second he presses ult and you will kill him. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield or D Blade
Twisted Fate
level 1 is annoying because he will level e to auto you a bunch but once your level 3 just go in on him a bunch, if he presses gold card take your e back and try and cleanse the stun, even if you don't you should be fine. If he uses w on the wave or something else then just go on him and kill him. After you get Berserkers + Zeal its super easy to kill him. Spam ping botlane and top lane if he is mia. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Blade
Azir
He is a little annoying early but just sustain and spam kill him after Beserkers, you don't even need Zeal to start killing him but you obviously still go it afterwards. If he uses his e on a sand soldier its a free ult so take it. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield or D Blade
Syndra
This champ has been basically gutted at this point, she has a small bit of poke early bit eat it because of how high her mana costs are. Try not to use your e until she either has no mana or already used hers, or use your e to dodge hers. After Beserkers + Zeal its free kills. Go Second Wind, Revitalize + D Shield
