I was playing as Elise and this worked quite well for me, unless they focused me :C but other then that all you really need to do is throw down a spider and itll do a good chunk of damage which then you can go into spider form and jump on the target for the kill; PS:Its not my fault if you completely fail to use your skills in the right order. Ghost and flash are a MUST due to the fact Elise has almost no gapclosers other then rappel.
Also, im not the type to jungle so I lane with elise, if you try jungling with this build, I am not responsible for the outcome.
