IMO Tenacity is a must on Poppy. In the past that meant Merc Treads were not optional on Poppy for me. But now that Eleisa's Miracle also gives 35 tenacity, I can build an early Philo Stone, upgrade it to the Miracle for the Tenacity later, and get whatever boots I want. (Usually Sorceror's for magic pen, or Ninja Tabi if facing mostly AD).

Before, the Stone wasn't worth it to me because it meant delaying my boots and Sheen, but now that it's actually a useful component of the build, I get it and it's great for staying in lane. The gold doesn't hurt either since Poppy is a poor farmer.

@ the build, I like it, but IMO the HexBlade is important enough to get before the Inf. Edge. IMO the lifesteal and spell vamp and AP are worth giving up a little bit of damage and a lot of crit buffs. And that's disregarding the spell.

Why can't you harrass as poppy? if you get a wallcharge in, and devastating blow, with just sheen you will run out of mana quick, and being able to Q people when they get close is rather useful.

Ehhhhhhhh I disagree strongly with the philosopher's stone. Sheen should solve any mana problems you're having, and you're not going to be harassing people as Poppy.
