Hey everybody, hope everyone is enjoying teemo as much as i am! I've decided to come out with my build since so many people asked me after the game how i was doing so good. i simply follow my strat and build. Teemo like most champs needs a kill off the start. If Middle is open TAKE it. With this build your well "a power house" level 1-14 gank, gank GANK. With these runes and item build it maxes your dmg for those levels. With that said i want to clearly stat this is what i call a "power house build" Your only goal is to focus getting fed at the beging of the game and getting great items to make you unstopable by late game. Your very offensive and have little defense.

This runes are picked because they'll max your dmg off the start of the game doing tons of DMG!
-I take Red MP runes to increase the dmg done by my "E"
-I take yellow inc. attack speed to increase the shots going out for my "E" as well as basic attacks going out faster.
-I take Blue AP runes to again you guessed it increase the DMG of my "E"

By stacking all around "E" at the start your going to have a huge scale on the ememy champs. Make sure to use this burst through level 1-14 because you should be doing a ton of damgage (DMG). By beging this strong at the start you should get fed leading you to a amazing score and a victory.

I really like doing my 21/0/9 build to perfect DMG but i will admit 9/21/0 is another great build and has a pretty nasty kick to it as well. the AP and Attack speed talent in Defesne mastery really makes it stand out. Another + to 9/21/0 is as we know teemo is very squishy and the 4% helps a little. Play around and see which one you like better.

I always start off with dorans blade. the life steal and 100 health are awesome(Specially when Mid))! Next you want to make sure you get atleast ranked 1 boots for speed and finishing off enemies. After boots ALWAYS get malady. This item is pure amazing and great for the level and lower end price. (This item will be sold at end game if you max your items). Next i pick up nashor's tooth, this item bring in every stat you want at that level. (NOTE- incase you didn't know CD reduction applies to mushrooms) After that i move into Hextech gunblade picking up life steal and prime stats for auto attacks. Then i move into building infit edge this will bring in even more DMG making you very scary. By now you should be almost unstopable and being targeted like crazy. After Edge pick up bloodthrist for more LS if you'd like or even Trinty force. At this point your game realize on your whole team and you should be dealing some serious numbers.

Ignite is a must for early game kills which is what your all about with this build. The two to pick from our ghost and flash. Your 2nd summmer spell depends on you... i like flash honestly i play it very offensevly with ignite picking up some quick flash, ignite,"Q" kills. Sometimes they dont even know what hit them.
