Unsure on the Warmogs, PD, and the fact you don't have a Philo Stone.

I'd GREATLY recommend Mercury Treads over Berserker's, AS doesn't do much for Jarvan.

The 23 offence masteries worry me too... Jarvan isn't a carry.

Thanks for the feedback!
The warmogs is great especially on solo lane with the regen and the health
The philo stone can be added in but i dont do that because of rushing my warmog's wich i love.(So the philo stone isnt a bad choice!)
I usually take mercury's but when u have a full tank on your team i recommend u to go for the berserkers since that gives u that extra farming power due the passive.
More attack speed means more spreading of jarvans passive wich is awesome.

About the masteries jarvan starts and keeps tanky enough with that bit of armour and magic res ur def masteries and runes give and ones u have ur warmogs up it shouldnt be a problem at all, The offense masteries are for that little bit u hit more in for example your solo lane or babysit lane.

Again i thank you for your feedback, This up here is all in my opinion and im also not saying it should be done like this. I just like to play jarvan like this and it never seems to go wrong!
