My very favorite build, it is extremely good if you can start off at lvl 6 with Cooldown Hack no stoping you there!

No. Terrible. Heal+Exhaust are terrible choices for summoner spells. No survivability. No Deathcap. 22 in offense on a caster. No guide description.

the 3% max mana converted to AP is not a unique passive therefore it stacks infinitely...

Stacking Archangels on Karthus...there are a billion builds/guides doing just this...
You could have tried to be a little more original...

Replace one of the Archangels with a Deathcap, and your ability power just spiked up to 1221 from 963.. Genious, I know :D

to many archangels staff's the 3% doesnt stack you probably know that and 4k mana is enough
stacking 2 max you only get alot of mana no extra ap or hp
you need rod of ages and ryails sceptre for the constant slow when defile is on
