You should try Greater Mark of Attack Damage instead of greater mark of armor penetration because it will help farming, especially when you have to do it uner your tower. Also replace 2 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage with Greater Quintessence of Life Steal for some nice early-game sustain.
You also lack a defensive item.
Also, as mentioned above, you should add some coding to make your guide more attractive, people usually don't like to read plain text nowadays :P.

Maybe you should add more content as PyroFlayer said. You have to learn to code too. Walls of text buddy, and look at that early game description. Click here and over here. Coding is pretty much this:
