I agree with Trolling1999. However I think the last whisper should come earlier in the build (after the botrk or triforce). As evidence I present LordKevko's match history http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=LordKevko where he beat Wickd's Irelia with Quinn, building botrk + triforce.

I don't really like your build. I feel like bruiser Quinn top should be finding the balance between damage and tankiness, which is not really the case with your build. The reason I am saying so is that most ADC champions do not have the natural damage output like some bruisers/hypertanks and in any case need offensive items to maximize their damage. The general full item build I am sticking to when playing Quinn top is:
Mercury's Treads-> Blade of the Ruined King-> Trinity Force-> Randuin's Omen-> Banshee's Veil->situational item according to the situation

The problem with your build is that despite being tanky you lack dueling potential. How are you going to beat the most popular top lane picks like Shyvana, Renekton or Trundle without Blade of the Ruined King. It's simply impossible to deal with them without the %HP damage from BotRK. Trinity Force adds a lot of burst and in general a little bit of everythink in terms of offense and some low tankiness. The two defensive items I presented are probably the widely most widely used defensive items among tanks/bruiser/offtanks because among with tankiness they provide lots of ultility. If neccessary can be purchased before the Tri Force. The last item can be anything optimal, from Guardian Angel to Last Whisper, according to the situation.
Please consider carefully what I am telling you here, from the standpoint of a then- Quinn main(still playing her often) who has played her both bot and top. I can say that your build probably won't work against good/smart opponents.
