Maybe buy some Magic Resist (I'm looking for Mercury's Treads), Magic Resist Glyphs and selling Doran's Shield for Aegis or Warmog.

Hmm. this build sounds like a rammus build

Also i would build AP rammus for better results for power ball.
Like dorans ring then 5 thornmail. Then sell it all and get a will of the ancients.

thanks :D yea i think it would be appropriate to sell the dorans late game for a warmogs or an atmas impaler :D but i wouldnt suggest an atmas in ranked XD
