You don't really don't go in depth about your items, runes, skillsequence, or summoner spells. However, I won't downvote, because I think there's room to improve :)

I really wanted to focus on certain things more than others such as ranked play and techniques.
But i will be updating this guide to go a little more in depth on some of those things.
i've done some math on your build about the malady.
In late game u get 448,045 ap. This will add about 45 magic damage on your autoattack + 23 from spellwords. At level 18, with full build ( this will not happen every game ).
The
Instead of shred their magic resist it will buff your magic resist, and it will also give you some survability in teamfigth.
Let me know what you think....ah and ap teemo is getting nerfed to the ground with the next patch, be aware of that.

And yes i think that Wit's End is a really great item to get if you are fighting an AP heavy team or an AP top.
I will make some adjustments to the build to add when to build Wits End.
