Ok its not a awful build. Its not something i would really do though.

i dont see the point of getting Wriggle's Lantern so late. its more of an early game jungle item. I recomend a Trinity Force and when you do your combo try it like this
Slice and Dice - auto attack(with Trinity Force prock]] - Ruthless Predator - auto attack - Slice and Dice - auto attack(with Trinity Force prock]] - Cull the Meek

as for the boots i prefer to use either Ionian Boots of Lucidity or Mercury's Treads
