Yes a DPS Renekton, the build i used to make, was all attack speed, but my friend, Chalupa, gave me great ideas. The first build is his, while the second one(which still needs a little work) is mine. If there's something you find wrong with it, or something that should be added or changed, please let me know so that i can make changes for it.

I've never seen a dps renekton do well.
I'll give your build a try but I'm pretty sure you're doing it wrong.
