Lich Bane on Ryze? What in the world.....

Why would you auto attack, when you can always Q? You don't build AP on Ryze, Lich Bane's passive does damage based on your ability power. You dont' have any. It does no damage.

Ryze's Q's CD refreshes after casting ANY spell, so there is no reason to auto attack when you can just Q.

Looking good in overall.
CDR Glyphs > Magic Pen Glyphs tho.

@snowawrrior: well i can see a quite some differences, the lich bane, for example, which IMO is a crucial item on ryze is not found in too many guides. But okay, i see what you mean, sure this is no new dimension of Ryze, but still i think if you were to try this build you'd be successful^^

well..... ur build can definitely be improved. there are alot of spelling mistakes and the UI for the pictures shows in some places. The pros/cons seems rather messed up to u have " Decent late game" as a pro? and also ryze is uber sqishy, u should probs put that as a con. So really im more talking about the look of the guide rather than if its viable or not, so i won't downvote. u might wanna look at jhoijhoi's making a guide to help make it look better.

Hmm what i see is that CDR is not capped.

overload 10%
Frozen heart 20%
masteries 6%
then maybe get cdr glyphs?
