I think that you could change Black cleaver to tha MADRED if in the enemy team are tanks with much health.

I've been using a similar build, but the bloodthirstier change from my Infinity edge makes me last longer in team fights, I'm loving this!

wow so great build for renekton... i love him the most when he play as semi tank with 139 armor 115 mag resist and 274 damage ! And the brutalizer item is useful for him because that cooldown reduction is deadly... ^^
