Welcome to my Riven build and guide. This is the best build that I can fully smash the enemy with tons of damage and in turn cause the team to lose their footing and leaving them confused.

Rune set up:

Desolation - Typical Armor pierce

Resilience - Gotta have armor

Focus - The big boy that will make you the scariest bastard in town. Your Q and W and R will be on such a low cool down, you'll appear to be on a 0 cool down even.

Quint of focus - Refer to above.

Exaust- Slows them down to kill them faster. What more could you want?

Flash - Need to catch up or run away? Best skill period.

Other possibilities.

Teleport - To get back to solo lane only!!!
Ignite - In case they flash away.
Ghost - Another run ability.
Smite - No jungling for you :c


Skills not to get-

Rally - For tanks and Supports only
Revive - You won't die...Right?
Promote - Tanks and supports only - Dominion -
Garrison - Tanks and supports only - Dominion -

Beserker's Grieves - This can obviously be changed to Ionias if you wish, but this is just something for Black Cleaver and Frozen Mallet to take the best hits. It's a personal choice.

Trinity Force - The creme-de-la-crop of utility items. You will love this on Riven, increases AD, Speed and Crit. What's not to love about T-Force? (other than the AP :D)

BLACK CLEAVER (!)- Oh yes, Black Cleaver; it hurts and hard. This is where the heavy hitter part comes in and smashes their faces in hard. This combined with Frozen Mallet makes this a deadly team.

Frozen Mallet - Hp, Slows, and AD. Great combo with Black Cleaver.

Last Whisper - Just more AD and Armor Pen.

You don't really have to do much to work in a team. Your W and Q-3- can easily cause mini stuns and let the team join up to the enemy and smash them hard with their abilities. Your stuns and ult in combo with your low cool downs. You'll wreck and cause the enemy to fumble and lose their footing and a member or two at the same time.
