Introduction

Riven relies on her abilities and passive to do major damage, but don't go into a match guns blazing and burst your Broken Wings [Q]. Instead dash in with your Valor [E] to avoid initial damage then hit them with [Q], hit them with a normal attack so you don't waste your passive, and repeat til Broken Wings is done, and then hit them with Ki Burst [W]. Repeat this combo til they are dead or you need to get out of there cause you might die. This combo is a bit tricky, because Broken Wings makes Riven jump all over the place, but to solve this problem keep your cursor on the Enemy Champion. Riven has an awesome Ultimate Blade of the Exile, this ultimate has 2 parts. When activated you get a 20% boost in Attack Damage with increased attack range, and part 2 also known as Wind Slash is a ranged attack that deals major damage and even more damage to enemies that have taken damage. Don't worry about Wind Slash ending your ultimate, because it won't the ultimate will continue for the duration of time it is supposed to, only thing is you can only use Wind Slash once. Wind Slash is a great finishing move, it's basically a nuked Talon rake XD

Items

The build for Riven can vary a whole lot depending on your situation, Frozen Mallet can be replaced with Thornmail, Blood Thirster,Infinity Edge, and many others depending on your situation and how well you are doing. I only put that in there so that you can prevent enemies from escaping your reach, because Riven is a little on the slow side.

Summoner Spells

The summoner spells are self-explanatory...Ignite to finish of the runner, or give you an advantage early in the fight. Flash to catch up to the runner or to escape a battle and live to see another one.

Runes

Riven's runes are used to make her less squishy with health quintessences, armor seals and magic resist wards. Then to give her some extra damage I gave her flat armor penetration runes.
