Spells:
Exhaust
Flash
Ability Order
Runic Blade (PASSIVE)
Riven Passive Ability
Introduction
PROS
-Combo abilities really disrupt enemies.
-High burst for a melee DPS.
-Q's out of just about every skill.
(causing many scrubs to mindlessly RAGEQUIT)
-Has a broken blade.(Cloud?)
-Has her sexy Redeemed skin. <3
CONS
-She is squishy. (I'm going to keep saying it.)
-Vulnerable to CC.
-Doesn't have boobs as large as Sona. ( no one ever will... )
-She is squishy.
-And yes, she is squishy.
For seals, Evasion
for Gylphs, Focus
And lastly, for Quints I go 1 fortitude and 2 Evasion.
This setup lets me pierce armor early game(duh) and gives me a chance at surviving close encounters. (yeah a chance)Focus gylphs are standard for most manaless champs as they are based around cooldowns. And the quint of fortitude is for that little bit of extra health.
Flash is just awesome. Fullstop. It gets you over walls, away from teamfights, etc.
Exhaust allows you to get kills early on. It also benifits you late game.
OTHER SPELLS
Ignite - Ignite is viable for that first blood you so very much want. However, it loses it's effectiveness late game and that's why i always prefer exhaust over ignite.
Ghost-substitute for flash or exhaust if you're confident without a disabling Summoner spell.
Cleanse- Against a team with CC, cleanse is your best friend along with Quicksilver sash.
DON'T TAKE
Rally-ghei.
Promote-It works wonders... oh wait, it's gone. D:
Smite-You're not a jungler. GTFO.
Revive-no.
Remember. FARMFARMFARMFARM.
The first time you B to base, you should have farmed enough gold to buy boots and a Ruby Crystal. The ruby crystal will build into a Phage, which in turn will build into a Frozen mallet.
The four core items in this build are:
Doran's blade
Boots of Speed
Frozen Mallet
Avarice blade
Many of my friends question the use of Avarice blade. As a GP5 item, I think it is useful for the extra money. I often buy it before the Mallet, just to assist with gold in the early game.
Youmuus and the Black Cleaver (which actually is the White cleaver) are to increase my armour penetration, and provide more damage.
Guardian angel stops Riven from being too squishy, and when coupled with the Frozen Mallet's health, makes a great survivability combo.
Let your tank do the job then jump in there with you Q. (Q-Q-Q-R-W)
Try to save your E for escape or for chasing after that one champ who gets away.
-nudges kassadin-
(note: A good Kass always gets away. don't bother if hes out of range of your flash. he has one on 2 seconds cooldown. ==")
try not to jump into a teamfight too early. wait until most of the CC has been dropped by your opponents and then hop in and wreak havoc. (pentakill?)
I was bored and it was 1130pm in Australia. Still, i made this with all my heart </3 so please don't downvote. :)
Go out there and get me a pentakill my babies. ;D
(if you do, send me a screenshot) :))
