Wah... where's the Bloodthirster + Guardian Angel core? With those two items, you can snowball pretty easily. I also don't like the frozen mallet on Riven that much, but If you want a thorough explanation on why I don't like this build all to much, I will explain later.

Lacks information seriously. No real reasoning behind your choices, no alternatives, situational items etc. Add them so it might be called a guide, if you lack the game knowledge to do so reconsider writing guides.

Your masteries and items don't go well with Riven, they might win you a bot game, but they would already cause you problems in a normal game, and totally incompetent for a ranked. Correct those!

Look at instructive videos, higher summoner's gameplays and other guides to learn and adopt things. But don't ever copy-paste from other guides!, it will be noticed and you will recieve punishment. Also it's really lame to do it, and makes you look like a ******, even if you're not.

And last thing to say... Season 3 comes out at dec. 11. why publishing anything if things going to change in about a week???

Zerk greaves suck on riven, as does f.mallet and randuins. Your masteries are a mess. Why bother taking the defense summoner spell upgrade mastery when t doesn't improve your summoner spells.
