Okay this is my first time making a guide. So I am going to make everything brief and simple.

Reasons for my runes

Armor Pen Marks- obviously since its ad
Armor Seal - meh nothing much so armor
Cdr Glyph - riven is a skill spammer
Movement Quint - Chase and Run

i like 22/0/8
ad for the offense obviously
don't need anything lower than movement in utility so ya

Okay I have seen other people start off with Q but i prefer the W because early on its better to stun than to jump around
Next people would do E for second skill but with Q and W just harass its fine to exchange
at lvl 3 you should have Q W E so basically e in stun hit him twice or three times with Q of course attack between each hit
at lvl 6 your ulti should ALWAYS be on cooldown well for me it is
once you hit 6 you add and pop your ulti and jump in and stun etc when he runs then use the ult
i do this often even after they back once if they dont aviod me they will end up at 20% hp with just one ult combo

Flash - so you can flash in and get a ez stun and kills
Tele - most likely your going to top because this isn't a jungle guide, so this helps you get back in lane and instant help your team if they getting pushed hard or a big team fight

So all in all go rape them people at top.
