Riven is really one of the few champions i can really recommend. She's very funny to play, although her early game is a bit weak, and is able to harass and run away quite quickly.
So for her burst damage you max in the order of your keyboard, meaning: Q W E and of course R whenever it is possible. She's one of the champions that isn't very difficult to play. You simply start a fight with hitting your R and then dashing your enemies with Q. Don't forget to use W somewhere at the beginning, because the shield scales with AD so it can be very helpful. If you feel that the enemy tries to flee, at the moment when you are hitting them with Q, use your E to stun them and deal a good amount of damage. Try to use your ulti to spare it for later in the fight if they are trying to run away or just to finish them off.
