The raw stats really help it out, especially when fighting an AP heavy comp, Extra health, the 70 MR, and 10% cooldown reduction does come in handy shaving a few seconds off Malphs ult. Plus the extra 20% from all things that heal you will include the Grasp of the Undying and Strength of Ages Keystones

Do you really feel that spirit visage is viable? The only synergy it has is with warmongs and that passive is only available outside of fights. Is there a use that I'm overlooking?
