I can't help but disagree. I have had one or two bad games with this build with Rumble, but nothing close to the good ones I've had. I think it's an excellent build that could use some more AP and less health. I usually don't play him as a tank, so the health is not something I need so much of, but the more AP, the more damage I can do. Even as this build is, I can still rape people within a second or two using the combos.

Pretty Short. There is not much Text and no Options. This is very general and not really professional. No situational Items/Tactics. I don't really like this Guide, but take this as a little help to make this guide perfect.
