Very short albeit decent guide. Few pointers though:

Frost Queen's Claim is a very mediocre item on a support. The #1 rule to live by as a support is to never buy selfish items as you'll deal more damage as a team if you manage to keep your carries alive, rather than by dealing damage yourself. It's an optional item but should not be considered core build for sure.

Besides that I strongly prefer hybrid pen over attack damage as hybrid pen both boosts your autoattack damage and W damage, instead of only aa's.
