1. Place an early pink ward in top river bush then skidaddle to chickens (start w).
You won't need a leesh. Get your E second.

2. Do wolves

3. Pull blue and gromp together, suck em up ;]
Position them next to each other so you can hit them with E intermittently between slurps

4. If you see a gank opportunity, level Q and gank.
Otherwise, level W and back.

PS: Fiddle is especially good level 4+, try and gank then rather than earlier.
Focus on farming, your W is amazing for clearing camps quickly and staying healthy.
If you notice the enemy jungler somewhere on the map and you are on the opposite side, invade and steal some camps, you set him behind and you minimize the damage he does in the lanes by getting some extra gold yourself.

Countless games I have been able to stay relevant by spam farming the enemy jungler's camps while he spam ganked my lanes. It forced him to do bad ganks when he got back in his jungle because he had nothing to farm and I was able to capitalize on that by being there and knowing which side of the map he would potentially gank.

Also, it's really harsh on their mental ;]

Nothing feels worse than coming back to your jungle after a successful gank to find out your whole jungle has been wiped. Yikes

1. Finish runic echoes and ionian boots.

2. If you are ahead, consider Hextech GLP.

3. If you are behind against heavy AD, get Zhonyas first.
If you are behind against heavy AP, get Banshees first.

4. If they have slippery bois on the enemy team, get Twin Shadows instead of Hextech GLP.

5. If you end up buying a defensive item first (zhonyas or banshees) make sure you get Hextech GLP right after.

6. Spirit Visage is only needed if you have trouble staying alive after engagements.
If you are surviving, you don't need to buy it.

1. Spam your E and T pose in their face ;]
Get as much early harass as you can levels 1 and 2.

2. Keep a good distance, you are much weaker generally at level 3.
Your strength as a support lies in the early levels. Push that lead and make sure they don't hit you back. Utilize your E silence by hitting them in the center to prevent engages. If you see them start to walk up. Silence them and move back.

3. Until you get your ultimate, you should try and play more passively levels 3/4/5,
Most botlanes will be stronger than you and will try to abuse it. Stay safe and wait for level 6.

4. At level 6 there is no contest, go ham. There's so many options to get "hidden" and fear with your ult using alcoves. Should grant you some easy kills. Just make sure you use your trinket to clear a few wards. Invest in some pink wards ;]

It's all about that CDR stack.

Fiddle is currently a bit weak on the damage spectrum, being able to stack CDR as damage and gathering storm for lategame will guarantee you stay on par or at least close to the other mages in the game.

The CDR is especially useful with ultimate hunter, you'll have super low CD ults for lategame fights which will guarantee you snag some more wins. An ult into a team where they have no vision of you guarantees a fear on every member. N O I C E

Most CDR items already have pretty high AP ratios, having that extra bit of damage once you hit 45% goes a long way in ensuring you deal that DPS. This is the only build i've found that keeps fiddle viable in the jungle in the current meta.

(at least until some damage buffs come along)

1. Your Q does extra damage if the target has been feared previously.
Use it after an ULT engage to burst some squishies

2. Consider replacing your Ionian Boots for Sorcerer Boots lategame if they have heavy MR. Personally, i've only ever had to do that once against a tankier team. We had heavy AP users and they spammed a few MR items.

PS: Keep in mind your ult will fear the enemies if you were hidden before ulting in.
Behind a wall, or in a bush where they had no vision. If you are sitting on a ward, you won't fear them. Make sure you use your free sweeping trinket before ulting in to ensure you're not sitting on a ward.
