I think Sterak's Gage is a decent alternative and can be used if you are ahead against a pick team composition, but if you are behind or even, there isn't as much use in it. It isn't as good though, based on the fact that Trinity Force isn't built here. Thank you so much for voting, though!

I included armour runes as alternatives and had alternative items in the build in case you do not need the armour from GA I thought... I will check though to make sure. Duelist Yasuo was the only one with armour as the primary seals, but that is just since it helps (I find) with duels as opposed to scaling health, which is amazing late game in team fights.
