Hello I am MoGhat, I am currently at PLAT 1 in TR server. Lemme tell you about my TF guide. This is my favorite build for tf, not because it's broken because it is really fun. Main point of this build is to make it rain. Early game of this build is pretty bad as you can't really fight your lane opponent but you will get **** load of money and I am talking about **** ton of money. You can even give a small loan of million dolars to trump. I think you got my point no need to make this intro any longer. You know what they say, TIME IS MONEY.

Pros

+ you will scale disgustingly good if you get ahead
+ you will scale good even if you're behind
+ with your Destiny you can help other lanes and that would be a huge plus to your team
+ Twisted Fate has a really good DMG you can one shot enemy carries
+ GET MONEY F**K B*TCHES. You already got money you know what time it is.

Cons

- An average mid laner will probably **** on you in early game as we don't really care about defensive stats we are really squishy.
- Twisted Fate is a hard champion to master. You will fail so much till you learn the champion well.
- Twisted Fate doesn't have any escape skill so you HAVE TO look out for incomin ganks otherwise you will feed your *** off.

I think you got the point of guide. This build is not a really competitive build, it still works but as i said you'll be weak early and enemy team could use it to their advantage. I will make the guide better whenever i have time and I will add some serious builds too if you guys are interested. Fell free to ask anything that comes to your mind. Have a nice day!
