You want to start with red because kayn is not in need of that amount of mana. After you take down your red u want to go to the raptors and with a simple AA->W->Q->smite you can take down all of the raptors quick. When you get top your blue you want to start by taking wolwes then heal up with your E.after you take blue and gromp you can decide if you want scrutle or a quick gank.

Try to engage as fast as your team arrives and keep your ultimate until u have to escape or if you are almosr dead. Dont jump out as quick as you can wait for your spells to recover.
