Very easy match up. Your E can block most of his dmg and his stun from Q. He is squishy too, so you can easily kill him on lane.
Blitzcrank
Another easy match up. You can block his "Rocket Grab" with your E. The same is for his E/R, so you can block whatever you want.
Brand
In my opinion its very annoying match up against Morgana. Yes, you can block his Stun from W/Q or E/Q combo, but he can still easily outtrade you.
Braum
One of the easiest match ups. You can block his passive with E. One annoying thing is his "Unbreakable" (E), he can block most of your dmg, so its not good for you as a poke support.
Janna
Medium difficulty match up. Janna is hard to hit with her MS and she has knoch up and shield aswell. You can't effectively poke enemy adc.
Karma
One of the harder match ups for Morgana. You can block her spells with sheild, right? Problem is, that she has her own shield + MS after cast. Aswell she can poke better than you.
Leona
One easy match up again. You can block whatever you want with your E and perfectly zone her from your adc. In the same time you can poke enemy adc.
Alistar
Easy match up. Morgana can block his W/Q combo. She can stun him aswell and he can't reach your adc.
Lulu
Medium difficulty match up. You both have good poke, but she has more peel for her adc. You must play aggresive and poke her till last drop of mana.
Lux
Interesting and not really often match up. Simply block her spell with E and poke her and her adc.
Malzahar
Same as Lux match up. Just block his spells and try to poke. There is one problem and its his big burst. Take care about his ult too.
Nami
Easy match up. Nami is paper so one Q can mean kill. Feel free to poke her and her adc. Don't forget to blok her Qs too.
Sona
Easy match up. Try to block her ult in right time with E. Be careful on her strong poke, but she is paper so you can easily kill her.
Soraka
This match up is little bit random. She has good poke and hard healing for her adc, but she is paper aswell. This depends on your own skills.
Tahm Kench
In my opinion, this is the hardest match up for Morgana. You do 0 poke dmg to him and he can save his adc in second. Really hard to win lane against him, but nothing is impossible ;)
Taric
Medium difficulty match up. Block his "Dazzle" (E) with shield if its possible. He is tanky so you cant poke him. He has many heals and shields, just wait on moment that he is low on mana and all-in them.
Thresh
Still easy match up. Block his Q or E with your E. Try to zone him from your adc, because he has lower cooldown on his Q than you on your E, so in one moment you can lose bot.
Zyra
Hard match up. Block her root/ult with E. She has really good poke so you have to play def against her. Ita same as against Taric, wait till she is low on mana and then try to all-in. Be carefull, she can do good all-in (when she has mana ;)).
In my opinion is Morgana really strong support at this time. She is easy to learn and play, so you can climb your ELO as fast as you can. With good kit you can Poke, Protect Adc and win teamfights for your team. The last word to itemization and Summoner Spells, you can build other items, but those are in my opinion the best and you can use "Ignite" instead of "Exhaust" for example against Soraka. ;) Thanks for your time, Senpai UrbiKk
