Summary

Yeah there isn't a lot of depth into this guide because I mostly want to spread its final Item build.

Most players won't go for a hextech, but it comes in handy.
It's spellVamp will keep you alive and lifesteal will heal during CS'ing phases.
Plus it has an active damage similar to Blade of Ruined King.

Try the build out, switch out Zhonya's for HexTech, you'll love the SpellVamp.

Spells

Her Ultimate, which Scales really high with AP (250% @ lvl3) also scales with AD (which the Gunblade provides 40+)(375% @ lvl3)

So by adding extra AD the Ult will do so much more Damage due to crazy high AD scaling.
So this makes hextech Gunblade a very suitable option for Kat all around.
