Its really easy.
Every Team picks a Teemo ( So blind pick you know ? ).
The rest can choose what they wanna choose.
( Probably 2 banns included ? )
The both teemos have until 2 minutes time to hide at the jungle .
After that 2 minutes the team have to search the other teemo and try to kill him.

The Rules / to do´s for Teemo are pretty easy :

- Hide until 2 minutes
- Try 2 run if they gonna catch ya


The Rules for the rest is :

- Only 1 oracle for every team ( that means only one person with oracle )
- No Boots
- No Exhaust or Ignite / No CV / No Flash

Chars like Lee Sin or Nidalee can show up the Teemo with their skills.
Like Nidalee W-Spell and Lee Sin E-Spell.
Also Shaco can put his boxes around the map for vision.
