good start

dont really agree with the fact that you get a potency quint. how much will it really help early game? pretty sure sejuani is fine jungling with a regrowth pendant and 1 HP potion. gonna have to confirm that. overall, you guide needs some extra coding. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. you should talk about situational runes and items. get a layout for masteries. other summoner spells should also be included. also more explanation on the spells? not just "i recommend this" include a section about lane phases and how to counterjungle.

It's a pretty solid guide, but there are somethings you could change or explain better.
Starting with warmogs, I don't understand that item on Sejuani. I guess it's an option but I don't like it compared to other much more useful items.
Next, your skilling is weird, nothing is maxed by level 9 or 13.

You're guide is very wall of texty, you should read jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide for some nice templates abd help with bbcode, just be sure to credit her if you use anything or find it helpful. The link is in my signature.
