I would recommend leaving Thornmail out of your main build and only using it against AD heavy teams. Your damage output is really low untill you build sunfire cape as your last item. You might want to consider building that item or other damage items earlier.

That and try to watch the guide on how to write a guide. Your guide currently looks exactly how it shouldn't be.
