Dude, i like your build rly, i would buy statikk instead of phantom, i think this surprise dmg from this item is really important, plus its getting charged faster since your cd on your Q is lower with 30%. gj!

You can do that do. It usually depends on your situation, if you need survivability go phantom, if you need damage statikk. Phantom is interchangeable with rapidfire, and statikk
