Well deceive does have a cooldown. lts more of a personal preference. Also nice because its a quicker response. I used to use tele, until flash became usable in stealth.... 3.5 second stealth is 3.5 seconds... people like rammous or tf can find you easily while stealthed so flash will get you out of the way.
