Introduction

Just a build to 1 v 1 anyone without losing tankiness in dominion.

Runes

Runes are all about magic pen - why not armor pen ? ill explain

You have ki strike , vorpal, thornmail, sunfire, wits end - all will hit hard, really hard with magic pen. Do not get armor pen not worth also you can replace magic pen marks with attack speed ones but i do not recommand it.

Masteries

Make sure you have veteran's scars and archaic knowledge

Items

Normal tank items which must include thorn abyssal and sunfire the rest are situational.
Abyssal is the piece of cake the item you need to make 1 v1 possible once you have abyssal, archaic knowledge and magic pen runes - thornmail and sunfire and your ki strike will hit hard.

Skill Sequence

Skill sequence i only filled the first 3 because the rest are situational - depending on your playstyle.

Summoner Spells

Ghost is fundamental never skip it

Second summoner ability depends on you but i recommend exhaust or ignite (ignite adds some burst)

Conclusion

If you want ki strike to hit harder go on and purchase warmog or frozen mallet instead of Wit's end. I prefer wit's end for defensive stats and magic pen but this is your choice as situational item.
