Introduction

This build supports your teammates and make you substainable in fights, focuses alot on Shen's Ultimate.

Team Work

Team up with a Squishy champion because you can help them alot.
Squishy champions die alot, but if you play Shen you can help them with shielding, taunting and letting them regain health.

Summoner Spells

It is very good for Shen to have Flash and Teleport so he can get around faster when he's Ultimate is on Cooldown. Thats why i choose flash so i can flash closer to enemies and then Shadow Dash onto them and grab the kill.
Teleport i only use if my teammates is in trouble or gonna start a fight and then Flip out an kill the enemy, or helping my teammate.
