However i disagree with trinity force. The Sheen effect is good, but you simply need that 100% chance to slow from Frozen Mallet. Also i suggest you Hexdrinker/Maw of Malmortius. Very good items vs AP champs (Karthus will rage :P)
If you play Shyvana solo top and you are vs. an AP hero a Hexdrinker is a must but in the Jungle build i would never take it and would rush Force of Nature there if need be.
